Jonathan's Landing Homes: Golf Estates, the Intracoastal and the Club
Same gates. Same club. Very different days.
Most searches for Jonathan’s Landing start with a number under a million. The condos are real, and they’re a good way in. They’re just not the whole story.
Jonathan’s Landing runs to about 1,234 residences across 27 villages (ALP club research, October 2026). Condos, villas, golf homes, Intracoastal estates. Three golf courses and a marina a few minutes from the Jupiter Inlet. Over the past year, homes here sold from $360,000 to $7.5 million (Beaches MLS, closed sales, October 19, 2025 to October 19, 2026).
At the upper end, the community changes character. Bigger homes. Longer views. The water stops being scenery and becomes the routine.
So the better question isn’t “what can I buy here?” It’s “which version of Jonathan’s Landing do I want to live?”
The upper market, by the numbers
In the last 12 months, 72 homes closed in Jonathan’s Landing. Nineteen of them, about one in four, closed at $1.5 million or more. Those 19 sales had a median price of $2,410,000 and accounted for about 59% of the community’s $100.8 million in sales volume (Beaches MLS, closed residential sales, MLS area 5100, October 19, 2025 to October 19, 2026).
One gate. A very wide range. And the top of it is where most of the dollars move.
$1.5 million to $3 million: room to host
Fourteen of those 19 upper-end sales landed between $1.5 million and $3 million. Villages like Bridgegate, Hidden Cove, Lantern Bay, the Narrows, Windrift and Baytowne carried that band (Beaches MLS, same period). Larger single-family homes, often three bedrooms and up, with space for guests and a short ride to the first tee.
The golf is the draw. The Village course was redesigned by Beau Welling Design and reopened in December 2024. The Medal is a Tom Fazio design at the Old Trail campus. The Match was renovated by Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner in 2021. Three courses means you rotate. It doesn’t get old.
What to check: lot position, renovation quality behind the finishes, roof and impact-glass age, and what your village association requires before you remodel.
On the Intracoastal: the boat comes home
On the water, the question shifts from square footage to access. Dock length. Lift capacity. Water depth at low tide. Bridges. The US-1 bridge is a bascule span with up to 42 feet of closed vertical clearance. Know your boat’s height before you fall for a dock.
$3.5 million to $7.5 million: Harbour, Southern Cay and Casseekey Island
The five highest sales of the past year, from $3.85 million to $7.5 million, were in Harbour at Jonathan’s Landing, Southern Cay and on Casseekey Island (Beaches MLS, same period). This is the community’s estate tier: big homes, big water, the shortest run to the inlet.
At this level the diligence is different. Seawall age and condition. Elevation and flood zone. Insurance quotes before the inspection, not after. Whether the dock and lift fit the boat you have and the one you’ll want next.

The club at this level
Membership at Jonathan’s Landing is optional. You can own a home without joining, and non-residents may join too. That flexibility is rare among Jupiter’s private clubs.
If golf is part of the plan, budget for it alongside the house. Full golf membership initiation is $250,000, with annual dues of $28,000. Expect a waitlist of roughly 12 to 18 months, and membership requires a sponsor (ALP club research, October 2026). Fees change, so confirm the current schedule with the club.
Our advice for buyers at the top of the market: start the membership conversation before you close. With a waitlist, the sponsor and the timing matter as much as the house.
Below $1.5 million: the way in
The condos and villas still matter. Southporte is the community’s high-rise condominium near the marina. Lantern Bay offers townhomes. More condo buildings sit along Bay Street. Across all 72 sales, the median was $821,250 (Beaches MLS, same period). For seasonal owners who want to lock the door in April, it’s the simplest version of the club.

How to choose
Start with the week, not the listing.
- You play three times a week and host the holidays: a home in the $1.5 million to $3 million band.
- The boat is the reason you moved: the Intracoastal, and check the bridge before the kitchen.
- You want the biggest water and the shortest run to the inlet: Harbour or Casseekey Island.
- You’re here four months a year: condo or villa.
