PLAZA OF THE PALM BEACHES FAQ
The questions we hear most, answered plainly.
Where is the Plaza of the Palm Beaches?
The Plaza is at 525 and 529 South Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, right on the Intracoastal. Rosemary Square, the Kravis Center and Clematis Street are all within walking distance, and Palm Beach is just across the Royal Park Bridge.
What kinds of residences are at the Plaza?
Twin 32-story towers completed in 1985, with a little over 220 condominium residences. Floor plans run from two-bedroom homes of about 1,900 square feet to four-bedroom residences and larger combined units, and many have balconies looking across the Intracoastal to Palm Beach and the ocean.
What amenities does the Plaza offer?
Heated pools, a spa and sauna, a fitness room, tennis, a community room and garage parking, with security on site. The association completed a major renovation covering the roof, balconies, lobby and pools in 2021.
Why do some listings say Trump Plaza?
The towers opened as The Plaza in 1985 and carried the Trump Plaza name from 1986. Residents voted in 2021 to return to the original name, but some MLS records still use the older one, so we search under both.
Is the Plaza walkable?
Very. You can walk to Rosemary Square, Clematis Street, the Kravis Center and the downtown waterfront, and the Flagler Drive waterfront path runs right out front.
Which schools serve the Plaza of the Palm Beaches?
Public school assignments are set by the School District of Palm Beach County and can change, so check the district's school locator for any specific address. We can also share private school options in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.
