Caretta is a new condominium community at 1011 US Highway 1 in Juno Beach, at the corner of US-1 and Donald Ross Road. The beach is about 400 yards away, and West Palm Beach is about 20 minutes south.

What kind of homes are at Caretta?

There are 95 residences in four five-story buildings, with two to four bedrooms and roughly 1,500 to more than 5,000 square feet. Homes have 10-foot ceilings in most living spaces, European oak floors, Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchens and oversized terraces with outdoor kitchens, and select ground-level homes have a private pool and patio.

What amenities does Caretta offer?

A rooftop infinity pool and spa with ocean views, a fitness center, yoga, Pilates and massage rooms, a golf simulator and lounge, a resident lounge and card room, a bar and party room with a catering kitchen, a demonstration chef's kitchen, a dog park and dog wash, and a children's splash pad.

Is Caretta walkable?

Caretta is mixed-use, with restaurant and retail space on site, and the beach is about 400 yards away. Juno Beach's parks, dining and shops along US-1 are a short walk, bike ride or drive.

Is Caretta new construction?

Yes. Caretta is brand-new construction by JDL Development, built by Hedrick Brothers. Delivery timing and availability change, so we confirm the current status for any specific residence. The sales gallery is at 825 Parkway Street in Jupiter.

Which schools serve Caretta?
