PANTHER NATIONAL FAQ
The questions we hear most, answered plainly.
Where is Panther National?
Panther National is at 10391 Panther National Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens (ZIP 33412). The 400-acre community borders 2,400 acres of protected preserve, and Palm Beach beaches, shopping, private schools and private air travel are about 20 minutes away.
Do you have to own a home to join the club?
Yes. Membership at Panther National is exclusive to homeowners and comes with buying a residence in the community. The club is capped at 300 members, and non-members can only play as unaccompanied guests on a member's invitation.
Who designed the golf course?
The 18-hole championship course was co-designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas, Thomas's first course design. It is a links-style layout with real elevation change, playing from about 4,500 to 7,864 yards. There is also a nine-hole par-3 short course, a nearly one-acre putting course and a full practice complex.
What kind of homes are at Panther National?
Turnkey estate homes by architect Max Strang, single- or two-story with 4 to 7 bedrooms and about 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, starting around $5.69 million. Custom homesites of one-third to one acre start around $2.1 million, and every homesite sits on the course perimeter, separated from play by water. Pricing changes as homes sell, so we confirm current availability for you.
What amenities does Panther National offer?
A 60,000-square-foot clubhouse scheduled for December 2027, a Lifestyle Club with pools, hot tub and cabanas, a full-service spa, a racquet center with pickleball and tennis, a kids' playground, concierge, more than 10 miles of preserve trails and 24-hour gated security. The Range House and Red Door 14 serve members today.
Which schools serve Panther National?
Public school assignments are set by the School District of Palm Beach County and can change, so check the district's school locator for any specific address. We can also share private school options in Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and North Palm Beach.
