Where is The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singer Island?
At 2700 North Ocean Drive on Singer Island (Riviera Beach, FL 33404), directly on the Atlantic with 375 feet of gated beachfront. Palm Beach Gardens is about 15 minutes away, and downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach International Airport are about 20. MacArthur Beach State Park is to the north, with the Palm Beach Inlet and Peanut Island to the south.
Is there a Ritz-Carlton hotel on site?
No. It is one of only a few stand-alone Ritz-Carlton Residences, so there are no hotel guests. Ritz-Carlton manages the property with a full-time General Manager, and owners have services such as 24-hour concierge, valet parking, in-residence dining and package delivery.
What kind of residences are there?
About 240 residences in two oceanfront towers completed around 2008. The A Tower holds Signature Collection residences with private elevator foyers, Tower Suites and penthouses of up to four bedrooms. The B Tower, or Resort Tower, adds the Resort Residences, mostly two bedrooms plus a den. Sizes run from about 1,700 square feet to over 7,000 in the penthouses, and every sale today is a resale.
What amenities does The Ritz-Carlton Residences offer?
A heated oceanfront lagoon pool, a resort pool, two whirlpool spas, a private poolside grille, a summer kitchen and a chef's herb garden. Each tower has a fitness center, a screening room, a social room with a catering kitchen, a library and a business center. Owners can also buy enclosed garages, oceanfront cabanas, private guest suites and storage.
